Beautiful aesthetics are fundamental to any good design, but I make consensus central to my design process. Through various formal and informal positions, I have learned to balance these sometimes competing concerns among a variety of superiors, coequals, and clients. Whatever the relationship, I make sure all relevant parties have a chance to give feedback over multiple drafts, ensuring that the final product meets all requirements and will engage its intended audience.
